We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales development representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.

As an integral team member, you'll drive lead generation, customer outreach and pipeline management.

The successful SDR will serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our business, ensuring a positive brand experience and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to identify, contact, and engage new business prospects.

  • Qualify leads by gathering key information to assess their fit with our products and services, ensuring efficient handoffs to the sales team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, emails, and calls to foster trust and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and attract leads.

  • Track and manage leads in the companys CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate demos between prospects and senior sales representatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and customers for business expansion.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, strategies, and sales processes based on feedback and analytics.

  • Analyse sales metrics and prepare weekly reports to inform strategy and measure progress toward goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in tech, and B2B environments.

  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience managing lead databases.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsable to engage clients and build rapport quickly.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven, thriving in a performance-based role.

  • Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within remote or hybrid teams.

  • Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a plus.
