Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule: 10 AM to 2 PM (BST), Monday to Friday
Location: Remote

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling various tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel software to support customer management and sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronically and physically, as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
  • Assist in data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks related to sales and customer outreach.
  • Support special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and phone-handling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong document writing and formatting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools is a plus.
