Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re Level, a fast-moving and fast-growing US-based company connecting work-from-home Filipinos (Virtual Assistants) with our clients located in the US. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-time Administrative Assistant to support their operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, Type-A individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and confirm appointments.
  • Respond to and manage emails effectively.
  • Assist with social media management and blog content.
  • Handle phone calls as needed.
  • Create and manage newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to schedule calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including research projects and identifying podcast or PR opportunities.
  • Headhunt online for potential matches for our clients.
  • Plan dates and assist with various social media and blogging tasks.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm PT
Rate: $5.5/hour
