Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to play a key role in driving sales excellence and operational efficiency within MainStreaming. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing sales processes, tools, and performance tracking, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the insights, tools, and resources needed to exceed revenue targets. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to enhance decision-making, improve productivity, and drive alignment across the organization.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of sales processes, data analytics, and the ability to implement strategies that align with MainStreaming's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine sales processes that improve efficiency and support scalability across global markets.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to help the sales team optimize efforts and reach targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity, track sales performance, and drive efficiency in sales operations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasting models and regular performance reports to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to ensure they can effectively communicate product value, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Incentives and Compensation: Develop and manage sales compensation plans that align with company revenue goals and motivate the team.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards goals, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure high closing rates.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive strategies, and customer behaviors.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales tools, workflows, and strategies to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

What We're Looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles, ideally within the technology, content delivery, or video streaming industries.
  • Proven experience in optimizing sales processes and tools, particularly CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategies that drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present sales data and strategies effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record of building and managing sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous process improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement strategies and tools.
  • Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and pricing strategy development.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
