In this role, you will support Czech-speaking customers, helping them navigate challenges and providing expert guidance on our cloud-based software products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through problem resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the support database.
  • Educate customers about features and best practices for using the cloud-based software.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay user feedback and enhance the software.
  • Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends and software updates.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when engaging with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in software-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in documenting customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
