Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through problem resolution.
Document and track customer interactions in the support database.
Educate customers about features and best practices for using the cloud-based software.
Collaborate with product development teams to relay user feedback and enhance the software.
Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends and software updates.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when engaging with clients.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in software-related roles.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
