Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand the solutions provided.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products and services to offer informed assistance.
Document interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
