The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Communication Manager to join our Brand and Communications team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind aligning our team with our mission and objectives through transparent and engaging internal communication.

    What you’ll be doing in the role 

• Creating an internal communications strategy aligned with company priorities
• Conducting audits, analyzing and reporting on findings to improve communication effectiveness
• Supporting leadership with ghostwriting, preparing briefs, and developing communication toolkits
• Working with HR on internal crisis strategies and preparedness drills
• Collaborating with HR on engagement campaigns and recognition programs
• Establishing a communication network for collaboration and improved onboarding
• Managing our content calendar for regular updates and creating diverse content with consistent messaging
• Overseeing communication channels and organizing logistics for town halls and events

What you’ll bring to the role

• Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to create impactful messages
• Ability to conduct audits and analyze communication effectiveness
• Experience in crafting communication strategies that meet business goals
• Skills in managing and creating content with a consistent brand voice
• Experience in using communication tools to support leadership
• Knowledge of crisis communication and experience with Communications and People teams
• Experience developing employee engagement and collaboration initiatives
• Familiarity with crisis communication strategies, especially in collaboration with HR
• Proven track record of building engagement initiatives and improving collaboration
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in employer branding and value proposition development
