As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients through their insurance claims process. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming insurance claims from Italian-speaking clients through calls and emails
• Provide thorough guidance on the claims process and address any inquiries
• Evaluate and document claims accurately in a timely manner
• Work closely with insurance adjusters and relevant departments to facilitate claims
• Keep precise records of all client interactions and claims progress
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements throughout the claims process

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in the insurance or claims sector is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues efficiently
