In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Polish-speaking clients with their insurance claims. You will guide them through the claims process, ensuring clear communication and support while advocating on their behalf. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming insurance claims from Polish-speaking clients via phone and email
• Provide guidance on the claims process and answer any questions
• Assess and document claims accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and other departments to expedite claims
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and claims status
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the claims process

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the insurance industry or claims handling is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple claims and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service
• Comfortable using computer systems and claims management software
