• Provide expert recommendations on travel destinations, flight options, and premium services offered by the airline.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, ensuring every client interaction is memorable and positive.
• Efficiently address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to travel arrangements to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and bookings for effective service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest airline promotions, travel trends, and relevant industry news to help clients make informed decisions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a requirement.
• Prior experience in customer service, travel, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel management software is an asset.
