U-Haul International is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to prepare thorough and objective analytical reports, forecasts, and recommendations in the areas of finance and real estate investment for use by management in the decision-making process. The intern will work closely with financial analyst staff to develop financial models and acquisition proformas.
The intern may find themselves involved with any (or all) of the following:
Real estate acquisition
Investment opportunities
Property/loan valuation
Statistical analysis
Profitability analysis
Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science
