Clinical Labs of Hawaii/Sonic Healthcare USA has an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Aiea Heights, HI location. (This is not a remote opportunity). 

Successful candidates will have experience in full cycle recruiting from creating requisitions in applicant tracking system, posting jobs, conducting intake calls with hiring managers, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, using assessments, coordinating top candidates with hiring managers, checking references, and making offers.  The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume recruiting for front line positions as well as supervisory and specialist positions.

DAYS: Monday - Friday (with some travel to neighboring islands)

HOURS:  1st Shift

FULL TIME:  Benefits Eligible

SALARY: $61K to $75K depending on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Full cycle high volume recruiting to include sourcing passive candidates, managing active candidate flow, facilitating salary offers, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the process
  • Using and leveraging talent acquisition systems such as ATS, CRM, assessments, chat bots, and video interviews
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business hiring managers
  • Participating in TA system and tools selection process as well as implementing into recruiting workflow
  • Participating in defining best practice recruiting workflows and policies
  • Providing consultative services to hiring managers that leverage the CoE’s overall value proposition to the business.
  • Staying abreast of trends, developments, and innovations in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition environment to improve the business impact of the CoE
  • Prepares recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Three (3) or more years in fully cycle talent acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, a plus but not required
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Flexible, team-oriented mindset that results in achieving needed business results.
  • Knowledge of related Federal, State, and local laws related to talent acquisition processes
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Healthcare related experience a plus
