About the role: 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment and selection of top talent for multiple business units within SOLARCYCLE. This role will primarily focus on exempt-level technical roles within our corporate and factory sites. This position can be remote, but ideally will be located near our locations in Mesa, Cedartown, or Odessa. Some travel to our locations will be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions from sourcing to onboarding, including preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and preparing & extending job offers
  • Establishes creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to proactive attract top talent to SOLARCYCLE.
  • Builds and maintains talent pipelines and connections for high-demand and high-growth roles primarily in engineering.
  • Actively engages with hiring managers to set recruiting plans, discuss candidates, and review active/future hiring needs.
  • Maintains open and active communication channels with applicants to provide a top-level candidate experience.
  • Assists and educates hiring managers and interview teams on utilizing the applicant tracking system to review candidates, communicate, and document interview feedback.
  • Leverages applicant tracking system to promote open roles, communicate to applicants/hiring managers, and provide recruiting reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilizes paid career sites, collegiate job boards, and community partners to promote job openings.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Marketing team to develop and promote SOLARCYCLE’s employment brand.

Education, Training and Professional Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of equivalent, dedicated recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in Talent Acquisition; corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up and/or hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience managing all recruiting functions through an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple businesses units operating in multiple time zones & geographies.
