Job Summary
Steel Point Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to lead and drive the success of multiple projects within our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strategic management, ensuring alignment with objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in achieving program objectives. Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the short and long-term vision and strategy for assigned programs, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Program Direction: Provide day-to-day direction to program teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and expectations.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical and analytic guidance to program teams, fostering innovation and problem-solving.
  • Government Liaison: Serve as the principal representative to government stakeholders, providing regular status updates and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage program budgets, control expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and risk management.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify and champion new approaches to business operations and user adoption, driving organic growth and continuous improvement.
  • Tracking and Engagement Recommendations: Implement recommendations on tracking and sustained engagement, utilizing an implementation dashboard to support KPI and value tracking.
  • Initiative Implementation Support: Provide support for initiative implementation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with program objectives.
  • Team Development: Support and participate in internal activities, including training programs, to foster team development and enhance technical skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in budget management, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP) is a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation and growth.
