We are seeking a Technical Writer to create user-friendly onboarding materials, including SOPs and step-by-step guides, for our cloud communications platform's software integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience writing documentation for CRM tools and cloud communication services, making technical processes simple and clear for non-technical users.

Commitment and Duration

  • 10 to 20 hours per week
  • Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension based on project needs.

Objectives of This Role

  • Develop clear and concise SOPs and user guides for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Collaborate with product managers located in Eastern Europe and must be available for regular communication during Central European Time (CET) hours.
  • Create SOPs for integrations with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical writing, particularly for cloud communication platforms or CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho integrations.
  • Experience writing for companies like Twilio, MessageBird, or Infobip is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in SaaS or cloud communication industries.
  • Familiarity with creating both written and video-based tutorials.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
