Job description

IT Support Engineer (Terminals)
100% Remote
Direct Hire
$75,000-$80,000

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, technology partners, sales, and business consultants, to ensure smooth project delivery and enhance partner experience.

  • Document new troubleshooting processes, update existing documentation, and maintain a repository of known issues and resolutions within our Knowledgebase to facilitate rapid issue resolution.

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of payment APIs, healthcare solutions, and payment gateways to quickly diagnose and resolve integration issues.

  • Understand and identify the essential data points needed to assist external support teams in troubleshooting, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.

  • Engage in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to guarantee the successful implementation and ongoing operation of API terminal solutions.

  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to dig deeper into problems, identifying root causes and translating user-reported issues into effective technical solutions.

  • Document interactions and maintain communication records in Salesforce CRM.

  • Use available documentation and resources to resolve issues, leveraging historical data and insights for prompt problem resolution
