Key Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with referral sources for both purchase and refinance mortgage transactions.
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Stay abreast of various loan products and their corresponding qualification standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all loan applications and accompanying documentation.
• Use professional judgment to identify and pursue viable lending opportunities.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Encompass preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
• Demonstrated success in residential mortgage lending.
• A current NMLS license is required.
