We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Global Mortgage Client Concierge to join our innovative team. This remote position offers an exceptional opportunity for a mortgage professional who excels in relationship-building and customer service. You will play a crucial role in reshaping how clients perceive international real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through every step of the mortgage process, from application to closing.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with a diverse global team, working alongside colleagues in both the US and Mexico to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Contribute meaningfully to our mission of enhancing access to global mortgage financing.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in mortgage processing and non-QM lending.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a broad client base.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients.
  • A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy throughout the mortgage process.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated fluency in both English and Spanish.
