Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Communications Product Owner, you will take comprehensive ownership of our digital communications technology and services. Your primary focus will be to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the success of our Remote Delivery and Digital operations, thereby enhancing the member experience. Your role will involve being the advocate for our users, ensuring that all enhancements and product developments prioritize our members’ needs.

• Manage vendor relationships, including oversight of contracts, invoicing, and product support.
• Ensure that new product developments align with organizational objectives, resources, and member requirements.
• Propose product improvements and opportunities for revenue generation based on your insights.
• Cultivate a strong understanding of the technology and operations supporting each product to guarantee seamless functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for products, including roadmaps, agile backlogs, and process flows.
• Utilize data and industry insights to manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Financial Institution or Financial Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
• Familiarity with managing or supporting enterprise Phone Systems, Chat Solutions, or SaaS Banking solutions is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 1-3 years of pertinent experience within a Financial Institution or Financial Technology sector. Proven experience in roles like Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst is essential.
