Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Supply Chain Representative to join our esteemed organization in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by processing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and utilize Excel for data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Oversee supply chain logistics, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Process purchase orders efficiently and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal relationships.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management.
  • Strong proficiency in order entry and data analysis, particularly utilizing Excel.
  • A solid understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service and supply chain roles.
