As we continue to succeed and expand, we invite applications for the role of Associate Demand & Supply Planner. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of supply chain excellence in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate demand and supply planning models to derive actionable insights that enhance forecasting and inventory key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead initiatives in demand forecasting units and new product introduction processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Engage in S&OP meetings and preparation sessions, capturing insights that bolster forecasting and supply planning effectiveness.
  • Document and analyze end-to-end planning processes within client organizations, from demand to supply.
  • Assess planning-related data structures, models, and technological tools, aligning them with strategic KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning forecasting roles, preferably within an S&OP framework.
  • Proficient in demand planning and forecasting tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation abilities to convey insights and recommendations compellingly.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a client-first approach to relationship building.
  • Collaborative mindset and teamwork skills to facilitate effective problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
