Key Responsibilities 
 
As a Lead Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the implementation of D365 solutions for our global clients. You will leverage your expertise in D365 to provide strategic guidance, oversee project delivery in alignment with requirements, timelines and budget, ensuring client satisfaction. You will identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary, contributing to the growth and profitability of the consulting practice. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior consultants, driving performance excellence, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for their skill enhancement and career advancement.  

You will be able to deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan and always represent HSO international professionally and positively.  

Role Location 
 
The candidate for this role can be in any European location, given the candidate has full European working rights. Travel will be extensive and varied. It will be a requirement to spend some time in the office to develop relationships in-house with the rest of HSO International, keep abreast of business developments, and understand the company’s approach to the market. 
HSO International is prepared to assist with relocation to the Netherlands for the suitable candidate. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead consultant. In addition, you have a proven track record in leading and guiding teams in complex organizations.
• At least 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably
• Experience of at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations – preferable with intercontinental rollouts
• Experience as a lead consultant on at least two international end-to-end ERP implementations and experience with supply chain internal modules;
• Extensive pre-sales experience
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and great communication skills 
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, able to provide feedback and guidance contributing to the grow performance for your team members
• You are a team player who can easily fit into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations;
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus;
