Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Supply Chain Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our research and development operations. In this fully remote position, you will provide vital support to our shipping teams, ensuring a streamlined and effective supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in shipping protocols to guide researchers through the shipping process.
  • Deliver training sessions and create comprehensive resources to assist in shipping operations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise during the shipping process.
  • Explore opportunities to expand your role by assisting with EHS prework, Desktop Shipping submissions, and customs clearance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade compliance, product stewardship, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and experience in international shipping.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Microsoft 365 PowerApps is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations is a plus.

Qualifications
