We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the experience of patients utilizing our home dialysis program through exceptional support and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Patient Champion, facilitating a seamless transition for patients using our home dialysis products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both patients and healthcare organizations, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Oversee supply chain management by coordinating supply orders to guarantee uninterrupted access to treatment resources.
  • Maintain precise data entry and management within our business systems, acting as a data steward.
  • Schedule appointments, lead meetings, and address inquiries with clarity and empathy.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to optimize the patient experience.

Qualifications
