Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, Your Primary Duties Will Include

• Setting up services for new clients by understanding their requirements and coordinating with a dedicated team of international bookkeepers for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Providing ongoing supervision and support to bookkeepers assigned to the same clients, ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is essential.
• Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities to effectively manage multiple clients and their needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  
  

Qualifications

We seek a professional with:

• Experience in managing accounting functions for various companies, either in-house or in an accounting/bookkeeping firm. Relevant job titles include Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or CFO.
• While management experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
• CPA and/or ProAdvisor certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A degree in accounting or a related field is common but not strictly required.
