Your Role As Finance Director

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the company's financial operations during a significant growth phase, offering both tactical and strategic financial guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include raising capital, managing investor relations, and fostering partnerships with financial institutions. You will also supervise financial reporting, planning, and risk management to ensure the long-term financial stability and advancement of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to secure funding through equity, debt, and other financial avenues.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and private equity investors.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and models to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and handle due diligence for capital-raising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to facilitate company growth and objectives.
  • Direct financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Establish robust relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and manage financial products, ensuring compliance with all agreements.
  • Assure timely and precise preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and internal control measures.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory demands and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in capital raising and managing investor relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets.
