Remote Cybersecurity Instructor/SME | WFH

Job Overview

We are in search of dedicated and experienced Cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructors to contribute to the advancement of security training initiatives. Your expertise will play a crucial role in developing and refining training content in response to the continuously changing security landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise through formal classroom settings and remote learning environments, focusing on specific security areas.
• Collaborate effectively with program leaders, management, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement training and certification projects, curricula, and related products.
• Engage in the creation of eLearning courses, Virtual Instructor-led training sessions, short-format eLearning, and performance support tools.
  
  

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity policies and practices.
• Proficient in content development and instructional design methods.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt training materials for various modes of learning.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years' experience in the execution and operation of security programs, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• DODM 8570.01 IAM Level III certification is mandatory.
