Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Special Education Instructor to join our innovative remote teaching team. This role offers you the chance to bring about meaningful change in the lives of students with special needs while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Location: Remote (Manchester, NH residency not required)

Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Perform online evaluations and regularly track student progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, families, and specialists to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Provide specialized instruction through innovative virtual platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current educational records for all students.
  • Engage in online team meetings and participate in continuous professional development initiatives.
