Remote Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant | WFH

Job Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality medical care remotely, collaborating closely with our integrated healthcare team to ensure our patients receive the attention and support they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical clearance evaluations for incoming patients.
• Provide comprehensive medical care to both adult and geriatric populations.
• Execute thorough assessments, including comprehensive history taking and physical examinations.
• Address both acute and chronic primary care issues while evaluating the urgency of medical conditions.
• Establish and document precise medical diagnoses.
• Order relevant diagnostic laboratory tests and imaging studies based on clinical findings.
• Accept and integrate feedback from supervising physicians.
• Develop and implement tailored medical care strategies.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with established medical protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing procedures.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of service excellence principles.
• Maintain a self-directed and proactive approach to patient care.

Required Skills

• A valid APNP or PA-C License in Wisconsin.
• Current DEA registration in Wisconsin.
• A minimum of one year of experience in Internal Medicine.
• Proficient in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
