Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a high-performing team of analytics, reporting, and data science professionals, focusing on B2C Analytics and Data Science.
  • Collaborate effectively with business partners to identify needs and prioritize requirements across varying scopes.
  • Develop and sustain roadmaps that align with the organization's short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Take ownership of all B2C analytics and reporting products, overseeing a portfolio that includes over 30 reports and multiple data science models.
  • Drive initiatives in data quality improvement, compliance with security protocols, and accuracy validation processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment as you guide your team in utilizing advanced machine learning techniques to deliver targeted marketing solutions.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in data analysis and analytics technologies, including proficiency in Data Analysis, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Python.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading data and analytics teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering comprehensive data and analytics services to business partners.
  • Proven track record in managing team budgets for a minimum of 3 years and vendor management in a global model for at least 2 years.

Compensation And Benefits

  • For candidates located in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C., the salary range for this position is \(104,700 to \)190,400 annually, based on various factors including experience and local labor markets.
