Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager of Audit Management to become an integral part of our team. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary liaison among auditors, various departments, and senior leadership, ensuring the effective coordination of audit activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external auditors throughout the entire audit process.
  • Organize and coordinate audit meetings, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
  • Facilitate communication between auditors and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient data collection and compliance.
  • Oversee audit timelines, address potential delays, and ensure the audit process operates smoothly.
  • Provide support to various departments by addressing audit-related inquiries and offering necessary resources.
  • Monitor audit findings and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure prompt implementation of corrective actions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external auditors to maintain transparency and collaboration.
  • Continuously assess and improve the audit coordination process to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to refine tools, templates, and systems utilized in audit coordination.
  • Assist with additional accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, reporting, and journal entries.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage across departments and leadership levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of audit processes, risk management, and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit coordination, project management, or related fields, ideally with Big 4 experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, or similar certification is preferred.
