Clearview Group’s Business Technology Solutions Team is seeking a full-time Implementation Manager. There is an opportunity for a highly organized team player who wants to positively impact colleagues, clients and ultimately the bottom line, by driving efficiencies, improving the client experience, reducing the overall time, and decreasing project execution costs. Our firm is headquartered in Owings Mills, Maryland, however, this position is fully remote. Candidates will be expected to participate in meetings between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time.

Who works here and why?

Our employees bring expertise from Fortune 100, Big 4 Accounting, and other industry leaders to work for our clients. They chose Clearview because of our inviting, entrepreneurial culture and bias towards action. Team members embrace our firm’s “business should be personal” philosophy, build meaningful relationships, make solving our clients’ business problems the top priority, and focus on delivering results that have a real impact on their bottom line.

What will this new hire do?

Reporting to the Business Technology Solutions Principal, the Implementation Manager will play a critical role in Clearview's growing partnership with Vena Solutions. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle of Vena Solutions implementations for budgeting, planning, financial consolidations, and reporting processes. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will support Clearview’s sales process by helping prospective clients understand the value of Vena Solutions and Clearview’s implementation services. Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their goals and objectives related to corporate performance management (CPM) software, specifically focusing on budgeting, planning, financial consolidations, and reporting.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and financial processes to ensure successful configuration and adoption of Vena Solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Clearview sales team to prepare and present customized proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for implementation services.
  • Lead implementation activities, including system migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support, while ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
  • Oversee project teams, including project managers and solution architects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and tracking progress against project milestones.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for improvement of clients' financial processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using Vena Solutions.
  • Conduct enablement training for client teams to drive adoption and ensure long-term success with Vena Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve Clearview’s Vena Solutions implementation methodology, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Develop long-term client relationships by recommending future use cases for Vena Solutions, ensuring the partnership continues to grow post-implementation.

What is required for consideration?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on budgeting, planning, financial consolidations, or financial analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as consulting or project management.
  • Proven experience managing system implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead product demos and engage with prospective clients.
  • Experience with proposal writing, scoping projects, and preparing Statements of Work (SOWs).
