Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in suitable positions within our client companies. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a successful match, and you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve hiring strategies
  • Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through resumes and interviews
  • Conducting phone screens, reference checks, and scheduling interviews
  • Managing candidate pipelines and providing regular updates to hiring managers
  • Developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Posting job listings across job boards and social media platforms
  • Participating in job fairs and networking events to attract top talent
  • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires
  • Contributing valuable feedback to enhance recruitment and hiring processes


Qualifications:

  • - Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
  • - Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and roles
  • - Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • - Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
  • - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships


Compensation and Growth:

At Connexzia, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the hard work of our team members. Our compensation structure is 100% commission-based, with growth potential built-in. The base rates include:

  • 35% for each new client acquired
  • 20% for each successfully placed candidate
  • Additionally, as a valued member of our team, you will be eligible for periodic raises based on performance, client acquisition, and the number of successful candidate placements.
