Job description

GloballyHired is recruiting for a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial commercial marketing manager to drive the growth of our client's education events. A growing company in the Florida area. This position is fully remote for candidates living inside the United States. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with a proven track record in managing B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. As the B2B Exhibitor Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing strategy for events and media. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead nurturing and qualification campaigns aimed at increasing prospect readiness for the sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Focus on aligning client priorities, KPIs, and sales team activities to drive effective lead generation across digital, print, and in-person channels. Secure new clients and retain existing ones through targeted strategies. Develop successful exhibitor and sponsorship marketing plans and campaigns. Oversee the budget for all client marketing activities, ensuring a positive ROI from the campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with digital teams to implement tracking systems for all client campaigns, continuously optimizing marketing performance. Create integrated multi-channel campaigns that engage clients across various platforms such as email, social media, white papers, blogs, newsletters, paid media, partnerships, and SEO. Enhance on-site experiences at industry events. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to generate social and shareable content that boosts exhibition sales.
  • Reporting and data insight: Manage and audit client data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Adopt effective data governance practices to prevent over-marketing, fostering sustained audience engagement.
  • Team and Stakeholder Communication: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Communicate strategies, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring organizational alignment and understanding.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably demand generation and/or lead management. Prior experience working in B2B events and media is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing: proficiency in digital marketing strategies and channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and CRM software. Experience using other software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized workspace.
  • Creativity: creative thinking and innovation, with the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for long periods of time during events. Carrying small to medium-sized parcels for short distances and longer distances during events.
