As a Marketing Manager , you will help shape the marketing strategy and tactical activation for the residential market segment. You will work closely with marketing teams in various regions around the world and with different departments within HQ. 

What will you be doing:

  • Drive products and solutions introductions in the residential business segment globally
  • Build messaging, go to market plans and sales tools in collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications and other departments enabling sales to effectively reach and engage with target audiences
  • Support global marketing campaigns in collaboration with the different regions and aligned with the marketing plan
  • Develop thought leadership in the residential market segments
  • Work with sales and marketing managers around the world to gain insights and understanding of customer needs
  • Orchestrate marketing messaging and visual articulation for all residential and home owners marketing segment activities 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global companies with products of global scale - Must
  • Experience with technology driven products- Advantage
  • Marketing background in both B2B and B2C- Advantage
  • Solar Energy industry/ Energy Management experience - Advantage
  • Proven record in simplifying complex technologies into compelling value proposition and messaging
  • Self-organized, process-driven, go-getter, ability to manage complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multi-task; perseverance under pressure
  • A passion for technology and ability to learn new technologies
  • Detail oriented, highly meticulous and perceptive and Out-of-the box thinking
  • Experience with digital marketing- Advantage
  • Excellent English - Highly articulate and clear, orally and in writing - mother tongue level- Advantage
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • MBA- Advantage
