Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno/Functional Optimization Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly skilled team and gain exposure to our status as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will be part of a team empowered to innovate and bring new ideas to the table while leveraging our proven methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM techno/functional support items, post go-live
• Provide work effort coordination between remote and onsite personnel utilizing regularly scheduled conference calls, web sessions, and meetings as required
• Maintain an effective relationship with the client, team members, and management
• Effectively manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments
• Follow through on all assignments and take ownership of client issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Techno/Functional Support and 1 year of Oracle Cloud HCM end to end implementation experience
• Techno/Functional Oracle Cloud HCM knowledge in:
• Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management
• Techno/Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred in following HCM modules:
• Core HR, Benefits
• Skilled in Oracle Cloud HCM technical tasks, including data loads, extracts, integrations, fast formulas, reporting (BIP/OTBI), and workflows
• Support and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM product releases, including assessing new features, offering recommendations for enhancements, optimizing systems and supporting best industry practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical Oracle Cloud HCM issues and general end user support activities
• Public sector experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of the full application lifecycle
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with the technical team and end users
• Communicate clearly and effectively with client, Sierra-Cedar team members, and management
• Provide input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
• Take initiative and works independently
• Display effective analytical and organizational skills
• Seek innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions that exceed the client’s expectations
• Bachelor’s degree required
