What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of AI Customer Implementation to lead our professional services/managed solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact centers, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA), Conversational AI, and Generative AI. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to clients, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute the professional services strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage customer-focused implementation teams consisting of Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the delivery of professional services projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on the implementation and optimization of contact center solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Leverage expertise in contact centers, IVRs, IVAs, Conversational AI, and Generative AI to drive innovative solutions.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on client needs and industry developments.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the professional services team.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of professional services initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Business Development:
    • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to promote professional services offerings.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services within a SaaS organization focused on contact center solutions, IVRs, IVAs, Conversational AI, and Generative AI.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing professional services teams.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
