Program Manager, Lead

That’s why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our Department of Defense (DoD) program achieves success.
As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding DoD teams. Your DoD client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the DoD market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:
5+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps or DevSecOps projects
5+ years of experience managing in accordance with agile program management principles
5+ years of experience supporting DoD technical programs and program management
4+ years of experience with managing large-scale contracts
Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
Experience with managing project teams, including direct responsibility for people development
Ability as a project manager to establish and report on cost, schedule, performance metrics, or deliverables
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
DoD 8570 Certification, including Network+, Security+, or CEH required

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
