What you will contribute:

As part of the MGO team at MoneyGram, you will design and implement meaningful changes that drive revenue growth in the US and Canada. Using data and customer insights, you’ll take a long-term strategic view to create enterprise value as a part of MoneyGram’s impressive digital growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you will work cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, and marketing to implement changes that fuel MoneyGram Online’s growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the MGO leadership team.
  • Serve as the engine to break through blockers and coordinate cross-functionally to effectively complete strategic initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our peer positioning in remittances and consumer fintech to inform your recommendations.
  • Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities and build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our strategy.
  • Use data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our online products.
  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
  • Track performance for our North America app and website properties and identify funnel enhancements to prioritize.
  • Work with Product and Finance to effectively guide roadmap prioritization decisions.
  • Work with the Marketing to drive marketing activities that drive new customer acquisition.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years’ experience in business strategy or commercially oriented role
  • Experience in payments/fintech and/or a growing B2C business
  • Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and people skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization.
  • Strong organization, project, and time management skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.
  • International remittance and product management experience a plus
  • Minimum Required: BA/BS degree or combination of experience with certifications.

Salary:

Anticipated Base Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 and participation in our annual bonus plan.
