Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel.
Communicate effectively with clients in Italian, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Assist with research and data compilation for ongoing projects.
Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Adapt to additional duties as required by management.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with online collaboration platforms is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
