Octal Philippines Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a Virtual Personal Assistant. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to our clients by managing various administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on their core objectives.

As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will leverage your organizational skills and attention to detail to enhance productivity in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain clients' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Handle emails and phone calls, ensuring effective communication and prompt responses.
  • Conduct research and gather information to aid in decision-making and project execution.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, including arranging flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as managing finances and scheduling personal appointments.
  • Utilize various software tools for task management and enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Making client's paper works, appointments & data entry.
  • Helping client to pay bills and run errands.
  • Keeping to-do list organized.  
  • Ensuring all errands are properly documented.
  • Listing items on eBay, Marketplace, Poshmark etc.
  • Must be willing to work on a graveyard schedule.
