Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant in Greece. If you are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for helping others in their time of need, this role is perfect for you!

As an Emergency Roadside Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate assistance to Dutch-speaking clients experiencing vehicle issues while on the road. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver outstanding service and support during stressful situations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls from Dutch-speaking clients promptly.
  • Assess the client's situation and provide appropriate solutions or direct them to the nearest service point.
  • Coordinate with partner service providers to ensure timely assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and service provided.
  • Provide reassurance and support to clients while they await assistance.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including updating client information and service logs.
  • Stay updated on the latest procedures and service offerings to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency response roles is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using technology and roadside assistance software.
