In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting our Italian-speaking clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our services. As a Customer Success Manager, your focus will be on onboarding new clients, providing tailored guidance, and fostering long-lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with Italian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Onboard new clients, offering training and resources for effective usage of our products
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction levels and address any issues
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Analyze customer success metrics and contribute to process enhancements
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to provide insights and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and caring attitude
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
  • A positive mindset, eagerness for customer success, and a willingness to grow
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and thrive in a dynamic workplace
