Job Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Security Architect to become an integral part of our innovative Security team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your deep knowledge of the Cosmos ecosystem, including technologies such as CosmosSDK, IBC, and CometBFT, to bolster blockchain security. This position allows you to engage with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and implement advanced methodologies, including fuzzing and formal verification, on transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct security audits for clients, overseeing a team of auditors to ensure thorough and effective processes.
• Execute comprehensive security assessments of blockchain systems, analyzing architecture, code, and configuration to pinpoint vulnerabilities and risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to development teams, providing security insights and assisting in the application of best practices for secure blockchain solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain security, including emerging threats and vulnerabilities, to ensure clients’ systems remain secure.
• Participate in incident response activities, conducting investigations and offering recommendations for remediation as necessary.
• Spearhead the enhancement and development of internal security tools and methodologies for blockchain assessments and audits.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong educational background in distributed computing, information security, formal verification, or a related discipline; a PhD or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven software engineering experience related to complex distributed systems, including design, implementation, or testing.
• Familiarity with app-chain blockchain frameworks, specifically within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Rust, or Solidity is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in leading audit projects from both a technical and managerial perspective.
• An unwavering commitment to accuracy and correctness in all work endeavors.
• Knowledge of contemporary infrastructure tools and testing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex security concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
