Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Senior/Principal Product Manager to become a key player within our Product Team as a senior individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the expansion of our platform, enabling customers to improve the environmental and social impact of their products and supply chains. Your role will involve guiding our customers in utilizing insights and making informed, data-driven choices through information obtained from various platforms and third-party validators.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the advancement of our core platform, concentrating on user management, permissions, checkout, payments, third-party integrations, and platform APIs.
• Cultivate alignment among teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding the product vision and objectives.
• Oversee product discovery and delivery cycles across multiple timeframes.
• Advocate for the needs of internal stakeholders and customers during the feature definition and design phases.
• Convert the product vision into executable initiatives, epics, and user stories.
• Prioritize the backlog for your focus areas to guarantee smooth project progression.
• Collaborate with customer support and training teams to support release planning and change management efforts.
• Elevate the Product Management practice through process documentation, collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6+ years of experience in B2B software product management.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(136,000 - \)190,000 annually (USD).
