Position Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying IAM solutions using a range of tools and technologies. You will play a critical role in creating robust and scalable IAM systems, ensuring secure and efficient access controls across our organization.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite and IDCS.
• Strong background in SSO solutions, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and multi-factor authentication.
• Expertise in performance testing, optimization, and high-availability architectures.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, web services, and API management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Minimum 8 years or more experience in the identity and access management domain.
• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a senior member of the Identity Product team, you will lead detailed, cross-functional initiatives that involve complex dependencies and have a wide-ranging scope across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the Identity Platform . Identify market opportunities, define product goals, and establish a roadmap to achieve them.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure that our Identity solutions address their needs. Translate this feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of the Identity Solutions. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Present product plans, updates, and performance reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Propose innovative solutions and enhancements to keep our Identity Solutions competitive and cutting-edge.

• Apply principles and patterns of microservices architecture.
• Utilize Kubernetes and related technologies effectively.
• Implement Federation using SAML with third-party identity providers.
