Job Title: Remote Bookkeeper

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for daily bookkeeping activities.
  • Effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Analyze financial reports to extract relevant information as required.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies when examining income and expense accounts.
  • Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely processing and compliance with payroll tax payments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while upholding a strong focus on organization and accuracy.
  • Exhibit excellent time management abilities to meet established deadlines.
