Job Title: Marketing Manager, U.S. Client Marketing, Merchant - Remote | WFH

As the Marketing Manager for U.S. Client Marketing, Merchant/Cobrand, you will be instrumental in supporting our client marketing and experiential programs. You will utilize our marketing capabilities, platforms, and initiatives to effectively tackle our clients' business challenges, delivering tailored marketing solutions designed to enhance growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and partnership initiatives targeted at expanding our relationships with merchant/cobrand clients, leveraging marketing analyses, platforms/initiatives, and strategic sponsorship assets.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Legal, Analytics, and agencies, to deliver exceptional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Adapt and excel in a dynamic, matrixed environment, showcasing a results-driven and flexible approach with a positive demeanor.
  • Work autonomously while effectively collaborating with internal teams and external clients, demonstrating a proven track record and a flair for creative problem-solving.

Required Skills

  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities, with comfort in data-driven analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional projects with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience paired with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or no experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience, particularly in marketing or consulting roles that involve project management, marketing strategy, and event/media activation.
  • Experience within the financial services, payments, or consulting sectors is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: Estimated between \(112,500 to \)191,800 USD annually, with potential sales incentives.

This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work complemented by 2-3 in-office days per week, adjusted according to business needs.
