Job description

Job Title: Operations Specialist - Remote | Work From Home

Job Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the professional delivery, installation, and ongoing support of our tailored solutions. This position serves as the primary point of contact with the FCSD Zone Manager, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers.
  • Participate in quarterly regional FCSD Organization meetings.
  • Assist launch and performance managers in organizing meetings and facilitating Quick Lane launches.
  • Design and implement strategies to meet regional objectives.
  • Attend Annual Business Plan Meetings and contribute to Quick Lane Action Plans.
  • Perform Repair Order Analysis as necessary and develop quarterly marketing plans, ensuring compliance.
  • Schedule Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events and ensure the timely update of Quick Lane POS materials.
  • Collaborate with the Quick Lane Manager to conduct competitive advertising and price surveys.
  • Review and authorize Co-op claims while assisting with search engine optimization and landing page management.
  • Monitor and inspire Quick Lane contest participation and sales performance metrics.
  • Oversee tire sales processes and maintain the Tire Screen.
  • Conduct periodic inventory assessments and manage inventory exchanges as needed.
  • Deliver on-site training and ensure completion of all required STARS courses by the Quick Lane team.
  • Conduct comprehensive operational reviews during visits, analyzing KPIs, sales performance, and workflow processes.
  • Complete all administrative tasks promptly while managing Quick Lane operations as required.

Required Skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional customer relationship management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in field environments with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in aftermarket operations, ideally with a background in Retail Tire Store Management.
  • Familiarity with OEM dealer interactions is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to harness relationships to advocate for necessary business changes.
  • Capable of analyzing dealer financials and operational data to formulate improvement action plans.
  • Skill in implementing service advisor selling systems and process enhancements in aftermarket or retail contexts.
  • Proven ability to establish and apply effective metrics for dealership growth and ROI focus.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
  • Experience in training and utilizing comprehensive automotive tire sales and service sales skills.
  • Competence in influencing and guiding sales personnel and technicians through training processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is between \(68,000 and \)72,000, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, and training. We also offer competitive benefits to enhance your overall employment experience.
