Job description

As the Social Media Manager for Wheel the World, your mission is to enhance our brand's presence across existing and emerging social media platforms, driving community engagement and boosting bookings through creative and inclusive content that resonates with our disabled community.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead and execute the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals, identifying strategic opportunities and recommending improvements.
  2. Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, including topic selection, caption creation, and timely posting across platforms.
  3. Oversee social media KPIs and results, seeking growth opportunities and optimizing performance with support from the Marketing team.
  4. Engage actively with our community by managing comments, messages, and coordinating with Travel Experts to fulfill requests initiated via social media.
  5. Explore and establish a presence on new social media channels, such as Pinterest, Youtube and TikTok, to expand our reach and influence.
  6. Stay updated on social media trends relevant to the company’s marketing activities, integrating these insights into our strategy.
